The onsite audit performed by an accounting firm, reviews the process of recording of monies received by a real estate agent for the sale, auction or lease of property.
The audit raised concerns and suggested an audit program strategic review to re-focus on the key items to the audit committee.
A. With a blueprint focus on identifying single points of failure and business analysis of duplication at the time of receipting and expensing the trust account money received.
B. Simultaneously Clear2sea ran a series of user-experience interviews with stakeholders, to get an understanding of how they use the services and whether there were any pain points. Workshops quantified the initial responses.
Following the review Clear2sea developed a change roadmap to steer the committee to its desired state comprising:
- A detailed log of the issues and risks identified during the stakeholder interviews and workshops
- A current and future state analysis of the ICT infrastructure in use
- A indicative project schedule and cost estimate so that they could tender
- Recommendations for network support options
